I was experiencing burnout at the time I began this project. I didn't have a creative direction and wasn't wanting to pick up my camera at all, so I began taking daily walks and photographing what I saw along the way. I pointed my camera at anything that held my visual interest. This project became something I returned to when I found myself struggling to create. It is a catalog of memories, of walks on mundane sidewalks in quiet neighborhoods, through narrow alleyways that weren't meant to be seen. After completing this photographic exercise, I realized that just about everything can be beautiful if you're looking at it the right way.
